Walt Disney's Pecos Bill made his debut in the 1948 classic cartoon "Melody Time". Disney sculptors captured the scene from that cartoon when Pecos Bill first sees Slue Foot Sue and Widowmaker realizes that he will have to share Bill. That moment was immortalized in this first sculpture in the American Folk Heroes series released in Summer 1994
